The Heather McGaughey Children's Theater will present Madagascar,
a musical Adventure Junior from February 19th to the 21st.
family friendly production features local performers
ages 8 to 12,
and follows familiar characters
as they go on a journey from the zoo
Madagascar.
Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday,
with shows at 2:00 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $7.
Ma’ii Productions is celebrating 45 years of work by Diné artist Anthony Chee Emmerson
with an exhibition at the Henderson Fine Art Gallery.
The show highlights Emerson's career in painting, illustration and film,
blending traditional and contemporary media inspired by DNA, culture,
family and storytelling.
exhibit runs through February 13th.
Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Caliente. Community chorus will present its 16th annual Broadway for Brunch on Saturday, February 7th at the Piedra Vista High School Commons.
Audience members will enjoy brunch service, followed by a Broadway themed performance
featuring the full chorus, soloists and ensembles.
Showtimes are 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. tickets are $20, and the event includes a silent auction benefiting chorus programs.

Trace Rios Habitat for humanity will host its building access to Hope Dinner and Auction at Sunray Park and Casino's High Desert Club.
The fundraiser runs from 6 to 9 p.m. and includes dinner, live music, auctions and raffles to support affordable housing efforts in San Juan County.
